I am an experienced health professional with over 30 years working in different roles in the NHS. I have eight years’ experience in LeDeR reviews. I have served both as a local area contact and as a reviewer. 

I support the identification and sharing of best practices. I ensure that relevant learning is disseminated in the health and social care workforce as needed. I am well-versed in and understand the review process.

A track record of communicating effectively to facilitate sensitive conversations with family members and other key people involved in the person's life who has died to ensure their perspectives are heard. Communicate sensitive information about mortality reviews, using an objective view to resolve any issues that require escalation.
